§ 9. Zoning fees.

1.

The fee for a special use permit application shall be $335.00.

2.

The fee for a conditional use permit application shall be $698.00.

3.

The fee for a variance application shall be $335.00.

Where a special use permit and a variance are applied for, processed, presented and deliberated by the Board of Zoning Appeals at the same time for the same requested use, a combined total fee of $458.00 shall be required.

5.

The fee to appeal the decision of the Zoning Administrator shall be $335.00.

6.

The fee for a proposed rezoning change shall be $914.00.

7.

The fee for a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance shall be $402.00 plus the cost of impacted party notification if required.

8.

The fee for vacating any subdivision plat or any part thereof shall be $250.00.

9.

The fee for a zoning clearance for each building application, not including reroofing permits, remodeling and alteration permits and building permits issued in incorporated towns, shall be $59.00 per application.

10.

The fee for an administrative waiver or administrative modification of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation District Requirements shall be $114.00.

11.

The fee for a certification of zoning compliance including home occupation shall be $51.00.

12.

The fee for a site evaluation shall be $158.00.

13.

The fee for a reinspection shall be $68.00.

14.

PUD fees: $2,200.00 plus $40.00 per acre (or fraction).
